At VTL Nutrition, we’re committed to delivering your products quickly, reliably, and at no extra cost. That’s why every order ships free, no matter the size of your purchase.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after they are placed.

Your order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our carrier and is officially in transit.

During busier periods—such as holidays or major promotions—processing may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times (United States Only)

At this time, VTL Nutrition ships exclusively within the United States.

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery window is:

Please note:

Shipping carriers may experience delays during high-volume seasons or due to unforeseen logistical issues. These delays, including limited tracking updates, are outside of our control.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

To ensure timely delivery, customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • If our system detects a potential address issue, our team will email you within 3 business days to verify your details.
  • If we do not receive a response, we may be required to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours at contact@vtlnutrition.store.

We will make every effort to correct the information, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters processing.

Delayed Delivery

While we strive to ship all orders promptly, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Holiday or peak-season volume
  • Address or payment verification issues
  • Temporary inventory shortages

VTL Nutrition cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by external factors. However, we will always help monitor your order and keep you informed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility. If your package is:

  • Marked as delivered but missing, or
  • Stuck in transit beyond the expected timeframe

Please do the following:

  1. Email us at contact@vtlnutrition.store
  2. Contact the carrier to file a claim
  3. Provide any requested details or documentation

We will also follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

Please note:

  • VTL Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • These cases fall outside our refund policy.
  • Depending on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

If the package cannot be located, you may also be advised to file a police report.
