At VTL Nutrition, we take great pride in the quality of our supplements and the care we put into every order. Because our products are consumable health items, all sales are final.

For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returned items or restock any supplement that has left our facility.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Incorrect or Damaged Items

While we do not accept returns, we want every customer to receive their order in perfect condition.

If your item arrives:

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@vtlnutrition.store with:

  2. A description of the issue
  3. Photos of the product and packaging

Once received, our team will review the information and determine whether a replacement may be issued.

Replacements are offered at our discretion and only for issues confirmed on our end.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it appears lost in transit, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

These situations fall outside of our refund policy, but our team will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
