Quality and Standards

Quality of Supplements

All VTL supplements are sourced in the United States and manufactured in Utah in a facility that is GMP certified and FDA registered. The facility is also certified organic by the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food, with controls in place for ingredient handling, production, and batch consistency. These standards guide how products are produced from sourcing through encapsulation. What to expect is consistent formulation and manufacturing practices that support quality alongside training, nutrition, and recovery.

Testing Standards

We use third-party testing to verify that product contents match the label and meet established quality and contamination standards. Independent laboratories with no role in formulation or manufacturing perform this testing as part of the production process. The purpose of this step is verification, not evaluation of effectiveness or individual suitability. All VTL supplements go through these testing procedures before they are released.

Research and Curation of Stacks

Individual supplements are designed to support specific constraints, but they rarely address everything a consistent trainee needs on their own. VTL stacks are curated to bring together products that support complementary roles, based on research, common deficiencies, and typical training demands.

Product selection and stack design are informed by a review of ingredient research, formulation logic, and how supplements are typically used in real training contexts. This process is focused on alignment and efficiency, so products work together without redundancy or unnecessary overlap.

Stacks are intended to be used together as designed, alongside regular training, adequate nutrition, and sleep.
What to expect is a simplified decision process and combinations that make sense together, not a replacement for foundational habits or individualized care.
